Le Dr Bertrand Piccard, le " Savanturier " engagé dans le développement durable, est l'heureux lauréat 2005 de l' "International Leading Entrepreneur Award " qui sera décerné à l'occasion de la 8ème édition du "Monte Carlo Business Angels Forum ".

Le Monte Carlo Business Angels Forum accueille chaque année depuis 1998, à l'occasion d'un déjeuner débat privé, les Business Angels internationaux les plus actifs aux côtés de personnalités monégasques, françaises,et européennes. Réunis sur invitation personnelle de Monsieur Gildo P. Pastor, ces investisseurs internationaux de très haut niveau trouvent enfin l'occasion de se rencontrer dans une atmosphère informelle et d'échanger opportunités d'affaires et expériences en toute confidentialité.

Ce déjeuner est en outre l'occasion d'écouter les enseignements d'une figure emblématique de l'entrepreneuriat et d'honorer ses qualités d'entrepreneur mais aussi d'homme, par la remise de l'"International Leading Entrepreneur Award".

Destiné à saluer un modèle de vision stratégique, une habilité à innover et un attachement à des valeurs telles que l'esprit d'entreprendre et l'éthique professionnelle, ce trophée sera officiellement décerné au Dr Bertrand Piccard le 2 décembre prochain. Le Dr Bertrand Piccard succède ainsi à Renzo Rosso, Diesel Group (en 2004), à Daniel Borel, Logitech (2003), Nicolas G. Hayek, Swatch Group (2002) et à Stelios Haji-Ioannou, easyGroup (2001).

Dr Bertrand Piccard, involved in sustainable development, is the 2005 winner of the "International Leading Entrepreneur Award" which will be presented by H.S.H. Prince Albert II at the 8th "Monte Carlo Business Angels Forum" on 2nd December at the Hôtel de Paris.

Each year since 1998 the Monte Carlo Business Angels Forum organises a private lunch-debate welcoming the most prominent international Business Angels alongside Monégasque, French and European personalities. On the personal invitation of Mr Gildo P. Pastor, these high profile international investors have the opportunity to meet in an informal atmosphere to exchange business ideas and experiences in total confidence. This lunch provides the opportunity to listen to a renowned entrepreneur and to honour his qualities and his achievements through the presentation of the "International Leading Entrepreneur Award".
